1. Privacy First

We built prismCalc to be a tool, not a data-collection machine. Your data is yours alone.

2. No Data Collection

prismCalc does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information. This includes:

• No tracking of your calculations or results.
• No collection of your location data.
• No personal identification (we don't ask for your name or email).
• No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Local Storage & iCloud

Your calculation history and settings are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your private Apple iCloud account. We have zero access to this data; it is encrypted and managed entirely by Apple.

4. Data Retention

Your calculation history and settings are stored locally on your device and persist until you delete the app or clear your history within the app. If you use iCloud Sync, your data is retained in your Apple iCloud account according to Apple's standard retention policies. We do not store any of your data on our servers.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time through any of the following methods:

• Clear history in-app: Open prismCalc > History > Clear All to remove your calculation history.
• Delete the app: Removing prismCalc from your device deletes all locally stored data.
• iCloud data: To remove synced data, go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage on your device, or visit privacy.apple.com to manage your Apple data.
• Contact us: For any data deletion requests or questions, email [email protected].

6. App Store & Purchases

Any "One Purchase" Pro upgrades are handled through Apple's secure App Store system. We do not receive or store your payment information.

7. Children's Privacy

prismCalc is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
