How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?

Open prismCalc, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your Pro upgrade is tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically on any device signed in with the same account.

How do I enable iCloud Sync?

Go to Settings within prismCalc and toggle on iCloud Sync. Your calculation history and preferences will sync across your devices using your private iCloud account. We never have access to this data.

What are the system requirements?

prismCalc requires iOS 26 (iPhone), iPadOS 26 (iPad), macOS 26 (Mac), or watchOS 10 (Apple Watch). These versions provide the frameworks we rely on for the glassmorphic interface, widgets, and Siri integration.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

Is my data private?
